Summary
Intelligent systems are a science field that deals with intelligent behavior, learning, and adaptation in machines for constructing systems based on artificial intelligence. This includes sensing, actuation, and control to analyze situations and make decisions in a predictive or adaptive manner, performing intelligent actions. Applications span control, planning, scheduling, diagnostics, handwriting, speech, and facial recognition, as well as strategy games and software solutions.

- Published over 50 papers in ISI/Scopus-indexed journals and international conferences
- Developed AI-powered medical imaging solutions adopted by local hospitals
- Collaborated with industry partners on robotics and automation projects
- Received multiple research grants from national and international organizations

Computer vision
Computer vision is concerned with the theory and technology for building artificial systems that obtain information from images or multi-dimensional data. It is the scientific investigation of artificial systems for perception from sensory signals, enabling intelligent decision-making.
